Each year, the Krupp Foundation hosts a three-day seminar at the historic Villa Huegel in Essen, Germany.  Prospective Krupp Interns at Stanford in Berlin as well as interns in the field all travel to Essen to exchange ideas with officials of the Krupp Foundation and to learn more about the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region.
